A Note on Compensation
"Exposure" is not a line item on anyone's balance sheet.
Rosalinda Cruz has spent more than three decades building expertise in an industry that routinely undervalues the knowledge of women, entrepreneurs of color, and practitioners who work outside of institutional systems. That expertise has a worth — and it deserves to be compensated accordingly.
If you are building a program on a limited budget, Rosa is open to a conversation. If you are asking for free labor because you believe it will benefit her, she respectfully declines. The Asor Collective exists to model what it looks like to build a business that knows its own value. That starts here.
Rosalinda Cruz
Founder, The Asor Collective | Fashion Business Advisor | Speaker
Rosalinda Cruz has spent more than 30 years at the intersection of fashion, business, and leadership. As a Visual Merchandising Director and senior leader at Eileen Fisher — where she contributed to the development of Green Eileen, the company’s B Corp certification, and its VISION2020 sustainability initiative — she built a deep understanding of what it takes to run a fashion business with both rigor and integrity.
In 2018, Rosa founded The Asor Collective (Eunoia Group Inc.) to bring that experience directly to emerging fashion entrepreneurs. She works with founders who are ready to move from creative idea to sustainable business — and she speaks to the same audience from stages, panels, and workshop rooms across the country.
