The Gap Between Your Design and the Shelf is Costing You
More Than You Know.
Get Ready for Production is a live 90-minute intensive that gives fashion founders the operational blueprint to move from concept to shelf-ready product, without the burnout, the expensive mistakes, or the guesswork.
YOU DIDN’T START A FASHION BRAND TO BECOME AN OPERATIONS MANAGER. AND YET…
You have the vision. You might even have the sketches. But somewhere between the concept and the production floor, things get complicated fast.
Maybe you’ve spent money on samples that came back wrong. Maybe you’ve reached out to manufacturers and had no idea what questions to ask. Maybe you’ve watched other founders figure it out while you’re still trying to understand what a tech pack actually is.
Here’s the truth: the founders who make it aren’t necessarily more talented. They’re better prepared.
And preparation is exactly what this intensive is built to give you.

90 minutes. The foundation nobody gave you.
Get Ready for Production is a live intensive built around one goal: giving you the knowledge to run the production side of your fashion business with clarity and confidence.Â
No fluff. No theory. The blueprint, from someone who has spent 30 years on both sides of this industry.
Miss this one? We’ve got you.
This intensive runs on the 20th of every month at 12 to 1:30 PM EST.
An on-demand version will be available in the future at a lower price point, but it won’t include live access to Rosalinda or the Q&A. If you want the conversation, the live workshop is where it happens.
Attendees of the live workshop will receive an exclusive offer to access the on-demand version when it launches.

We Work With Individuals & Organizations Throughout The Apparel Value Chain
You’re learning from someone who has actually lived this.
Rosalinda Cruz is a Business and Leadership Development Advisor with 30 years of retail executive and entrepreneurial experience spanning business development, sustainable and circular apparel, brand experience, and operations.
Her career started at 15 at a regional department store in New England. She went on to spend 17 years at Eileen Fisher, a half-billion-dollar sustainable fashion brand, where she led domestic and international in-store merchandising. Her strength has always been in developing cultures of inclusivity and transparency, specifically in aligning creative direction with business needs.
She founded The Asor Collective eight years ago with a clear mission: support a more diverse and inclusive sustainable fashion industry by filling the leadership and ownership gaps in the apparel supply chain. Since moving to North Carolina, the number one textile-producing state in the US, she has deepened her connection to domestic manufacturing and now brings a process-driven, full-chain perspective to every founder she works with.
She built this workshop because she kept watching talented founders hit the same preventable walls. She decided to do something about it.
This workshop is that mission in action.
