I’m a B2C strategist, with extensive retail executive and entrepreneurial experience in business development; sustainable apparel; circular apparel; brand experience; and operations.

My strength in developing cultures of inclusivity and transparency stem from my expertise in aligning creative direction with business needs. I did this most notably at the half-billion-dollar sustainable fashion brand, Eileen Fisher, where I led domestic and international in-store merchandising prior to founding The Asor Collective.

Since moving to North Carolina I have deepened my connection to domestic manufacturing and have rounded out my 20+ years of experience by working within the domestic supply chain. I now bring my process-driven approach to support underrepresented founders and corporate leaders with tools, thinking and strategy to align People, Process, Product, Profits & Planet (the 5 P’s) in support of business growth.
